Archimeta Network Technology Co., Ltd. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is the developer and operator of the mobile game Zombie Balls: Path of Escape (the "Game"), available on Google Play (Android) and, in the future, the Apple App Store (iOS). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you use the Game, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it.
This Policy describes what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the rights and choices you have. We handle personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including United States state privacy laws (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended, "CCPA/CPRA") and the data protection laws of the countries where the Game is available. Where the law of your country grants you additional rights, we honor them as described in Section 6.

We may also share information with: professional advisors (lawyers, auditors, under professional secrecy obligations); authorities, where required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety; and acquirers, if we are acquired or merge (with notice). Other players see only the data you choose to make visible in-game (e.g., your player name and leaderboard results).
The Game is not directed to children under 13 (or under a higher minimum age where local law requires it). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable minimum age. The Game is distributed with the age rating and restrictions applied by the app store, and we rely on those platform-level age controls together with the age requirement in our Terms of Service.
Our servers and primary backend infrastructure are located in the United States (Google Firebase / Google Cloud). Certain backend services are hosted on Alibaba Cloud (United States regions). Our service providers may process data in other countries where they operate. These countries may have data protection laws different from those of your country.
Where the laws of your country require safeguards for international transfers, we rely on appropriate contractual and organizational measures, including data transfer and processing agreements with our service providers. If you are located in the EEA or the UK, you have the following rights: access your data; rectify inaccurate data; erase your data ("right to be forgotten"); restrict processing; object to processing based on legitimate interests or to direct marketing; portability of data you provided (in a structured, commonly used format); withdraw consent at any time; and complain to your local supervisory authority (a list of EEA authorities is available at https://edpb.europa.eu).
Categories we collect: identifiers (device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address), internet or other electronic network activity (gameplay, usage and diagnostic data), and commercial information (in-app purchase records). We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by the CCPA.
Sale and sharing. We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We may disclose advertising identifiers and related device data to advertising and attribution partners (including Google AdMob and AppsFlyer) for personalized advertising and campaign measurement. Under California law this may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Your rights. You have the right to know what personal information is collected and how it is used; to delete it; to correct it; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; to limit the use of sensitive personal information; and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
How to opt out of personalized advertising or sharing:
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age. We will not deny you goods or services, charge you different prices, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised a privacy right. Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., Singapore PDPA, Thailand PDPA, Indonesia PDP Law, Philippines DPA, Malaysia PDPA, Vietnam PDPD), you may have rights to access and correct your personal data, withdraw consent to processing, request portability, and complain to your local data protection authority (e.g., the Singapore Personal Data Protection Commission or the Thai PDPC). Email contact@archimetagame.com with the subject line "Data Request" and include your player ID or account details. We respond within 30 days (or as required by local law). We may need to verify your identity to protect your account. Deleting your account or uninstalling the Game does not automatically delete data we must retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or legitimate business purposes (for example, transaction records), but we will honor valid deletion requests to the extent required by law.
Retention. We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes in this Policy: account and gameplay data is retained while your account is active and for 30 days after account deletion (for backup and account-recovery purposes), unless a longer period is required by law; customer support communications are retained for 24 months; and aggregate or anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely because it no longer relates to an identifiable individual.
Security. We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and hashing of credentials. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach affects your rights, we will notify you and the relevant regulators as required by applicable law.
The Game does not use browser cookies. It uses mobile SDK identifiers (device identifiers, advertising identifiers, install referrers) provided by our own code and by the third-party SDKs listed in Section 3, for the purposes described above. You can limit advertising tracking through your device settings ("Reset advertising ID" / "Delete advertising ID" on Android; "Allow Apps to Request to Track" on iOS).
Your controls: you can limit ad personalization at any time through your device settings — on Android, Settings > Google > Ads > "Opt out of Ads Personalization" or "Delete advertising ID"; on iOS, Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. You may also contact us at contact@archimetagame.com at any time to ask us to stop using your advertising identifier for personalized advertising; we will honor such requests within 30 days. Notification and marketing preferences can be managed in your device settings or by contacting us. Because the Game is a mobile app rather than a website, browser "Do Not Track" signals do not apply; the device-level controls and the email requests described above are the applicable controls.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the Game or via other reasonable notice before they take effect, and we will update the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Game after the effective date means you accept the updated Policy. Previous versions are available on request.
